About Us

We spent years building software for dealer groups and working closely with the leaders who run them. In all that time, we watched the same thing happen: leaders have never had more information about their business, and never had a harder time turning it into consistent action.

The metrics that matter most are rarely in one place. They're spread across dashboards, spreadsheets, PDFs, and inboxes, so someone has to gather them, reconcile them, and package them before anyone can act on them. That work lands on leadership, and it never really ends. But the bigger cost isn't the time, it's what happens when those numbers stay locked in the reporting process. Teams can't rally behind metrics they can't see. Priorities set at the top stop somewhere short of the store. Follow-up depends on someone remembering to ask. Practices that produce real results at one location stay at that location, because no one else knows it's working.

WorkFlowLive gives leaders one place to bring those metrics together and put them in front of everyone accountable without waiting on analysts or custom report requests. From there, insight becomes action: priorities cascade into assigned work with clear owners and visible progress, follow-ups get tracked, and the processes that work in one store become standard in all of them. It's the operating system modern dealer groups need to make confident decisions and execute with consistency at scale.

Dennis McGinn

Co-Founder | CEO | Automotive Technology Entrepreneur

Dennis McGinn has spent his career turning operational problems into measurable systems first in enterprise technology and manufacturing, and later in automotive retail.

Before entering dealership technology, Dennis spent 21 years with Hewlett-Packard, where his leadership roles included managing business units, worldwide marketing organizations, and sales, service and support for HP’s largest U.S. region. His work also crossed into automotive manufacturing: HP's Advanced Manufacturing Systems organization developed technology for Ford's service diagnostics operations and factory automation initiatives for General Motors.

That experience shaped a philosophy that would define his next chapter: processes improve when the work is visible, measurable and accountable.

In 2010, Dennis recognized that dealership vehicle reconditioning had exactly the opposite problem. Dealers were managing complex recon processes with whiteboards, spreadsheets and informal communication, often without an accurate measure of how long vehicles actually took to become sale-ready. He founded Rapid Recon to change that, creating what the company describes as the first dedicated reconditioning workflow tool for dealerships and helping establish Time-to-Line (T2L) as a measurable operating discipline.

Rapid Recon grew from an idea about accountability into a platform used by thousands of dealerships. NADA reported more than 2,800 dealers using the platform to improve inventory turn and per-vehicle profitability with Rapid Recon credited as the company that had created the reconditioning software category.

After more than a decade of building Rapid Recon, Dennis led the company through its acquisition by Vehlo in 2023.

With WorkFlowLive, Dennis is applying the same principle to a much broader dealership challenge: leadership execution. The question is no longer simply whether a dealership can measure a process, but whether leaders can turn what they see in meetings, reports and operating data into clearly owned actions and know that those actions actually get done.

Bridget Townsend

Co-Founder | COO | President | Automotive Product & Technology Executive

Bridget Townsend has spent more than 30 years building software and more than two decades focused specifically on technology for automotive retail.

Her career is unusual in automotive technology because it spans nearly the entire product lifecycle from writing software to running engineering organizations, managing products and customer operations, leading major automotive technology businesses and ultimately setting product strategy at the executive level.

Bridget began her technology career in 1995 and moved into automotive software in 2000. At Chrome Systems, she advanced through software engineering and development leadership into responsibility for engineering, product and client services. She later joined Dealertrack, where she ultimately became Vice President of Market Performance for Inventory Solutions, following roles including General Manager and Vice President/General Manager of the Inventory Solutions business.

In 2014, while at Dealertrack, Bridget was selected as one of Auto Remarketing's Women in Remarketing, recognizing leaders making an impact across the automotive remarketing industry.

She subsequently served as Vice President of Vendor Management for DealerSocket Dealer Solutions before joining Rapid Recon in 2018 as Vice President of Development. Dennis McGinn described her at the time as an automotive software innovator with a track record of using technology to improve both dealership operations and profitability.

At Rapid Recon, Bridget led product development as the company expanded its workflow and reconditioning technology and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Product Development in 2023. Following Vehlo's acquisition of Rapid Recon, she went on to lead product management across Vehlo's dealership division.

A Cornell University graduate, Bridget brings decades of experience spent at the intersection of software architecture, product design and the operational realities of automotive retail.

Her career has been built around a recurring challenge of taking complicated dealership processes, data and business requirements and turning them into technology people can actually use. With WorkFlowLive, that focus extends directly into the leadership layer of the dealership: reducing the manual work required to understand what is happening, identifying what needs attention, and connecting those insights to measurable execution.
